About us:
Yeshivas Tiferes Shmuel was founded in order to fill a void in the teenage yeshiva system, many boys find themselves uninspired and looking out the windows of yeshiva to find their source of excitement. At Tiferes Shmuel we have a different approach "If you're not happy it won't work" the students happiness is our number one priority all else steams from there. Our exciting class room environment, by weekly trips and daily rewarding point system help push our students to give there best and truly succeed.
Who is our Yeshiva for?
Tiferes Shmuel is for Bochurem aged 13-15 that are not yet able to go through the main stream yeshiva system. This is usually because they need some breathing space and want to feel understood, Tiferes Shmuel is known to be the "in between yeshiva" for good boys who are slowly falling in the wrong direction and are looking for a caring place where yidishkite and chassidishkite are fun and more focus is put on the person than what he looks like.
Activities :
At the moment the boys at Tiferes Shmuel are involved in an afternoon building project where they are hard at work making their own game/music room to be used upon completion. We offer a G.E.D. course in the afternoon and there are many more exiting things going on such as our upcoming work shops on making Tzitzis. Once a week we have cooking night were the boys get to make there own supper and have an opportunity to show there cooking skills. There is no reason why the years a Bochur spends in yeshiva should not be the most fun and exiting years of their life. For more information contact us at schneurh@gmail.com .
